Co-Founder, Creative Director
Armed with a passion for running and more than 15 years of experience marketing big-name brands, Thomas founded Big Run Media to bridge the gap between active brands and their fans. Thomas is the creative director and master stylist for every Big Run project, conceptualizing the look, feel, and voice that guides your marketing campaigns. He’s hyper-aware of the dynamic nature of social media, staying on top of trends and changes in the digital media landscape (so you don’t have to). His expertise as a runner is evident in his running gear website, Believe in the Run, created in 2009 and now one of the top running review sites in the world. Thomas’ marketing savvy has driven successful campaigns for notable brands such as GORE-TEX®, New Balance, United States Tennis Association, Cal Ripken Jr., WINDSTOPPER, The Athlete’s Foot, Nickelodeon, Unicef, Sony Music, Sony Pictures, Viacom, Ragnar, and many more. In addition to his unquestionable marketing smarts, Thomas’s resume includes the “ability to run really far over varied terrain, both literally and figuratively.
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
She’ll never tell you this, but Meaghan is a three-time marathon champion with a 3:00:19 PR. She’s the fastest runner on staff and she applies equal skill and efficiency to her work, ensuring that every project achieves elite status. While Thomas generates the big picture creative strategy and branding deliverables, Meaghan applies this vision to meaningful action and provides detailed analytics to measure your marketing ROI. Meaghan’s past efforts have added to the success of established brands including Sony Pictures, A&E, Warner Brothers and Viacom, as well as several start-up small businesses.
Senior Marketing Manager
Rachael brings a depth of digital marketing knowledge, including certifications in Google Analytics, Adwords, and is an expert in DoubleClick for Publishers. Additionally, Rachael has a natural curiosity and enthusiasm that will serve our client’s marketing goals. Additionally, Rachael has a strong background in audio engineering, sound design, and videography. She graduated from Duquesne University, Magna Cum Laude. She lives in Baltimore with Jilly-Bean, her American mutt.
Digital Marketing Manager
Robbe is a jack-of-all-trades, with a B.A. in English from Geneva College, as well as a background in front-end web development and WordPress development. He most recently worked with the U.S. Coast Guard as a data analyst, developing internal websites and technical documentation. For the last year, he has written shoe reviews and general running articles for Believe In The Run and Runner’s World. In November, he completed his third marathon while working towards a 2019/2020 BQ goal. He lives with his wife and two boys in Baltimore, where he loves running through the streets and alleys and places he probably shouldn’t go.
