Thomas is the creative director and master stylist for every Big Run project, conceptualizing the look, feel, and voice that guide your marketing campaigns. He’s hyper-aware of the dynamic nature of social media, staying on top of trends and changes in the digital media landscape (so you don’t have to). His expertise as a runner is evident in his blog, Believe in the Run, created in 2009 and now one of the top running gear review sites in the world. She’ll never tell you this, but Meaghan is a two-time marathon champion with a 3:06:25 PR. She’s the fastest runner on staff and she applies equal skill and efficiency to her work, ensuring that every project achieves elite status. While Thomas generates the big picture creative strategy and branding deliverables, Meaghan applies this vision to meaningful action and provides detailed analytics to measure your marketing ROI. Meaghan’s past efforts have added to the success of established brands including Sony Pictures, A&E, Warner Brothers and Viacom, as well as several start-up small businesses.
As our clients’ needs have increased, so has our wealth of talent. Rachael came to Big Run from Sinclair Broadcasting, where she managed digital advertising operations for dozens of accounts. Her deep digital marketing expertise includes DoubleClick for Publishers and certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords (i.e. all the tools that typically overwhelm non-tech-savvy types). When Rachael is not busy running your campaign, she’s likely running the roads and trails around Baltimore or playing with her beloved pup Jilly-Bean, an American mutt.
